Wild Heart Somatic Yoga

This is where we begin. Please book this first if you are new to Wild Heart Somatic Yoga! The first 30 minutes (sometimes more) will be dedicated to a comprehensive intake, including discussing your goals and co-creating a plan for our time together that suits you best. This will be followed by a short introduction session based on your goals, that will focus on introducing embodiment yoga, nervous system regulation tools/education and massage techniques.

Initial Intake with Intro Session ~ 90 mins

Please book this if you have been in to see me and you are interested in a more in depth session that allows us to fully delve into your goals. Depending on your comfort level, these sessions can incorporate massage techniques.

Follow up Session ~ 90 mins

Please book this if you have been in to see me and you have decided a shorter session feels most comfortable for you or you have a focused goal in mind. Depending on your comfort level, these sessions can incorporate massage techniques.

Follow up Session ~ 60 mins
